- Capital Premium Financing (“Capital”, “CPF”, or the “Company”) is a privately held specialty finance business that extends credit to small and medium businesses to facilitate the purchase of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products
- CPF is a top-five U.S. insurance premium finance company that originates nearly 90,000 loans annually at an average size of $20,000 through an established national network of nearly 4,000 active independent agencies. The Company operates in all 50 states and the District of Columbia
OUR HISTORY
- Founded in 1988, CPF began as a regional provider of insurance premium finance loans, serving the Northwestern U.S., and has since established a national footprint
- Today, CPF employs 194 full-time staff, including 31 outside sales representatives, and is led by a senior management team and board with over 200 years of combined experience across insurance, banking, and financial regulation. CPF is based in Draper, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City
WHAT WE DO
- CPF partners with independent insurance agents to offer financing solutions that help commercial customers pay their annual P&C insurance premiums. The insurance agent submits a financing quote to CPF for underwriting, approval and funding

Summit Foundation and Cancer Research is a non-profit start-up organization that will serve the public by creating awareness, avenues for educations for the afflicted and hopefully create better choices in the path to successfully curing and surviving cancer.
- This is dedicated to my son Tristan who was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma in his right ankle bone in March 2012, standard chemotherapy treatments followed by surgically removing his right leg at mid-calf. We need better outcomes and better options for childhood related cancers.

- Summit First, LLC is a private investment syndicate established to source, evaluate, and facilitate investment opportunities for qualified investors.
- The syndicate's primary objective is to provide members with access to investment opportunities that may otherwise be difficult or impossible to participate in individually due to sourcing, network access, minimum investment requirements, or transaction complexity.
MISSION
- To provide qualified investors with access to high-quality investment opportunities that they typically could not access independently while creating long-term value through disciplined investment selection, strategic relationships, and collaborative investing.
- Summit First, LLC seeks opportunities with the potential for significant long-term value creation by investing in companies during their early stages of development.
